A healthy body helps you to provide a high level of productivity in the workplace. If you want to increase your level of productivity in workplace, you have to make sure that your body has the necessary energy. Eat Healthy

You have to choose what you put inside your mouth. Make sure that what you eat provides all the necessary nutrients that will help you build your body’s strength. Though sweets may satiate your cravings, it is still best to eliminate or tone down your intake. Increase your vegetable and fruit diet, and have an adequate amount of protein, as these are your primary source of energy.

Water

Drink at least 8 glasses of water each day – definitely something you should never forget as lack of fluid intake will prevent your body from functioning at its best. In severe cases, lack of fluids can cause organ failure or may lead to death.

Exercise

Spare at least 15-30 minutes a day and do some kind of exercise. It will give you an immediate energy boost and uplift your cognitive function as well.
