In physical fitness, body composition is used to describe the percentage of fat, bone and muscle in human bodies. Cardiorespiratory fitness refers to the ability of the circulatory and respiratory systems to supply oxygen to skeletal muscles during sustained physical activity. Exercise improves respiratory system by increasing the amount of oxygen that is inhaled and distributed tissue.


Flexibility or limberness refers to the absolute range of motion in a joint or series of joints, and muscle length in excess of the joints. Flexibility is variable between individuals, particularly in terms of differences in muscle length of the more common muscle. Flexibility in some joints can be increased to some extent by training, joint exercises with stretching component to maintain or improve flexibility.


Endurance (also known as patience, endurance, durability, or) is the ability for people or animals to be made and remain active for a longer period of time, as well as its ability to resist, resist, and recover from the trauma they have immunity, wound or fatigue . In humans, it is commonly used in aerobic or anaerobic exercise. Strength training is the use of resistance to muscular contraction to build strength, anaerobic endurance and size of skeletal muscles.
